What lease lengths are offered?

Beau Rivage Collection offers lease lengths between 6 and 12 months.

What is included in move-in costs?

Included in your move-in costs is: 
1) Your pro-rated rent, and water, sewer, garbage fees for month of move-in (excluding Buckeye Villas).
(Buckeye Villas residents are responsible for their own monthly water, sewer, garbage fees)
2) There is also an additional $300 non-refundable Admin fee.
3) Pro-rated garage/storage (If applicable) 
4) Cat and dog friendly. Please contact us for more details.

What are the quiet times?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM. During these times, please be mindful of your neighbors. Turn music/TV down to a reasonable level, and keep noise to a minimum in breezeways and parking lots.

Where do I fill out a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be found in your leasing office and in the clubhouse area. When filling out a maintenance request please be as specific as possible with your issue. Please mark “Yes” for your request to be completed immediately, or mark “Please Call to Schedule Appointment” if you would like your request to be completed at a certain time. Signatures are required on all maintenance request. 

What kind of bbq can I have?

We only allow natural gas powered BBQ’s at our community. We do not allow smokers or charcoal BBQ’s.

Where does my trash go?

Beau Rivage Residents: All trash must be disposed of in dumpsters immediately. Do not leave trash/trash bags on your balcony, or outside your door. Balconies are not to be used for storage of trash or other items.

Buckeye Residents: Residents are responsible for their own trash (curbside pickup).

When is my rent due?

Rent is due by the 1st of each month. If we do not receive your rent before the 5th, you will be subject to a late fee of $100. Rent can be paid by check, money order, or credit card (at participating communities). You can drop your rent with your Community Manager, in the Rent Dropbox, or mail it to the leasing office. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Where do I park?

Beau Rivage Residents: Any uncovered parking spot is open parking. Carports and garages are reserved, and residents can tow any car parked in their designated spot with proof of lease.

Buckeye Residents: Residents should park only in their garage and in their private driveway. Those who park outside of designated parking areas are subject to towing.

What is the approximate charge for electricity?

You can call with the address of your new apartment home and they should be able to give you the past averages for that particular apartment home or an estimate for monthly charges. Please remember this amount could vary based on personal electricity usage.

Can I hang items on my wall?

Yes, you can! We ask that you use only small brads or finish nails to hang any artwork on walls. If you use screws, anchors, or command strips you will be subject to charges for drywall repair and any labor charges incurred. 

*The Beau Rivage Collection does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
